Yahoo knowledge (Chinese:奇摩知識) is a medium that discusses any questions. Yahoo knowledge is similar to Yahoo answers which allows people to chat and have a best solution to fix their problems.

"Tele-information systems, based on an alliance of digital telecommunication and computer technology, will play an increasingly important role in inter-human communications. They are in fact ready to enter almost every area of human communication activity" (Bordewijk, 2002).

Basically, any kind of questions can be asked. This includes personal questions, laws, game cheats and common questions. Yahoo knowledge provides users to use other identities to ask questions and give feedback. In this way, it also protects every user's privacy, which sometimes question what might be a little bit personal. Yahoo knowledge might not give completely correct answers to the questions, because it depends on the vote numbers of what other people think is the most useful answer. Also, the responses to the questions may not necessarily be provided by a professional of the field.
