Jenn Shelton is an ultramarathon runner who currently lives in Ashland, Oregon. She was born in 1984 in Virginia Beach, which makes her one of the youngest women in the ultramarathon world today.
Shelton attended the University of North Carolina where she played on the rugby team. She was also a gymnast.
She currently holds the course record for the Old Dominion 100 (17 hours 34 Seconds), Swinging Bridge 50K, Holiday Lake 50K and the Rocky Raccoon 100 (14 hours 57 minutes).
Shelton set the women's record at the Crater Lake Marathon in August 2008, at 3:15:01.
Shelton was featured in "Born to Run", a book by Christopher McDougall.
