No such National Park exists. Penrith Park is the closest match, and it's a footy stadium. The Three Sisters are located in the Blue Mountains National Park; Royal National Park, apparently the second after Yellowstone National Park to use the name "national park" was proclaimed in 1879, a long time after 1815.
