Headquartered in Delft, Netherlands, it has subsidiaries and offices in over 30 countries across Africa, Asia, Europe, North Ameicam, Oceania, and South America. Exact is listed on Euronext and is included in the Amsterdam Small Cap Index (AScX). The company’s flagship products are Exact Globe (ERP and accounting), Exact Synergy and Exact Online.
In 2001, Exact acquired US manufacturing ERP software provider Macola.
In 2007, Exact purchased Longview Holdings for US $51.5 million. Longview is a Toronto-based company providing corporate performance management and related software.
