Proposing deletion of Uw-npov3

A discussion at User_talk:Jimbo_Wales#Wikipedia_Is_Getting_Worse_As_It_Gets_Better called my attention to , which suggests that user warning templates are driving away new contributors. I've added some other criticisms at Misplaced Pages:Templates_for_discussion#Template:Uw-npov3. Sorry, but I've never liked the way that newbies get hammered with these nasty bot comments, and I think it might just be time that people are ready to take a stand against them.
