1 ikat kangkung segar 1 tangkai cili merah(nak pedas,bubuh la cili padi ikut citarasa)* 2 ulas bawang merah* 1 ulas bawang putih* Segenggam ikan bilis/udang kering* 1 sudu makan(atau lebih) belacan* Garam dan perasa(ajinomoto) secukup rasa Minyak masak secukupnya untuk menumis Cara-cara
Potong kangkung mengikut citarasa,bersihkan dan toskan.Bahan2 yg bertanda * ditumbuk hingga hampir lumat Bila minyak sudah panas,tumis bhn2 yg dah ditumbuk tadi dan kacau hingga naik bau atau sedikit kekuningan.. Masukkan garam dan perasa. Kacau jap then masukkan kangkung. Gaul rata dan kacau sehingga masak(jgn terlampau masak,x sedap plak) Bagi yg suka berkuah tu,leh bubuh sedikit air dan bila kuah dah mendidih padamkan api.. Hidangkan segera dengan nasi panas..!
