Refactoring
You don't even know what is WP:REFACTORING, just like you don't know any other guidelines that you were misrepresenting throughout the discussion. It includes the "Removal of off-topic, uncivil, unclear, or otherwise distracting material". I had made discussion on your talk page because of your user conduct and your edits concerning just more than a single page.
