Kelly Paul Oubre, Jr (born December 9, 1995) is an American basketball player at the University of Kansas.
Early years
Oubre was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and moved to Richmond, Texas after Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Oubre attended George Bush High School in Fort Bend, Texas before transferring to Findlay Prep in Henderson, Nevada for his senior season.
In October 2013 Oubre committed to the University of Kansas to play college basketball.
College career
During his freshman season with the Kansas Jayhawks, Oubre has been named newcomer of the week twice by the Big 12 Conference.
