Request reason:

Per Misplaced Pages:Standard offer, I would like to consider returning to WP. I regret the events that brought this on and pledge not to let it happen again. I have been over 7 months without editing. I have tried to email the checkuser who blocked me, User:DoRD, but he doesn't seem to be around much.

Accept reason:

Per consensus at ANI I have unblocked your account, under the provision that you avoid large scale, potentially controversial actions such as mass page moves. Prodego 04:47, 22 December 2015 (UTC)

Indeed, Dicklyon, I just now found your email message after seeing this in my watchlist. You are correct that I'm not around much, and because of my level of (in)activity, I resigned my CU and OS bits a couple of months ago. Since I don't have the proper tools now, I'll refer this over to the CU team for review. I am also not happy with the way things turned out, so pending review by a CheckUser, I support your bid to return to the project. Cheers —DoRD (talk) 23:03, 16 December 2015 (UTC)

Welcome back

Let me be the first to welcome your request to return. You're a very valuable editor, and I hope your request succeeds (and I have confidence that you will be able to contribute your valuable knowledge here without getting too carried away on some particular issue). —BarrelProof (talk) 06:01, 15 December 2015 (UTC)
