WrestleMania 33 will be the thirty-third annual WrestleMania professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by WWE . It will take place on April 2, 2017, at Orlando Citrus Bowl in Orlando , Florida .

Background
WrestleMania is considered WWE's flagship event, having been described as the Super Bowl of sports entertainment .
On March 8, 2016, WWE announced that WrestleMania 33 will be held at the Orlando Citrus Bowl in Orlando , Florida on April 2, 2017.
It will be the second WrestleMania hosted at the Orlando Citrus Bowl after WrestleMania XXIV in 2008, and the third to be held in the state of Florida , after the aforementioned WrestleMania XXIV in 2008 and WrestleMania XXVIII in 2012.
Storylines
WrestleMania 33 will feature professional wrestling matches that involve wrestlers from pre-existing scripted feuds, plots , and storylines that play out on WWE television. Wrestlers will portray heroes or villains as they follow a series of events that build tension and culminate in a wrestling match or series of matches.
