These are claims that he couldn't possibly believe in good faith, and clearly only posted either (a) to mislead the community into sanctioning me over him, (b) to tell me "I've been doing my research on you, and I can bring up the worst experiences you've ever had on this site to make editing here miserable for you: don't mess with me", or (c) both.
There is also the serious question of how someone who had first interacted me two weeks earlier could know about any of that. He did not go back through seven years and more than 30,000 edits (that would be insane). Someone almost certainly emailed him a "summary" that presented me in a negative light, and that's what he used.
