Information icon Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Misplaced Pages, as you did to Salafi movement, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use the sandbox for that. Please note that reliably sourced content should be retained irrespective of whether you agree with it or not. Please do not put false information on Misplaced Pages, as you did when you reverted my edits. Any sources you have are an opinion that are based on a false premise which was nothing more than Jihadist propaganda. Your claim that Salafism is somehow caused by "Western European imperialism" is clearly a lie. You are well aware that Salafism is the original belief of Islam, they are one and the same. You are well aware that Salafist Islamists invaded the Eastern Roman Empire when Islam was first established (which was in turn established in response to aggression against Rome by the Eastern Persian and Parthian empires), and then that Salafist Islamists again invaded and captured much of Europe for centuries under the Ottoman Empire, which is the timeframe when you are claiming that Western European Imperialism caused and/or somehow justified the creation of Salafism. Salafism began in the time of Muhammad, not in the 19th century. All of this is very well established, provable fact. Your arguments are absurd. Any source that claims otherwise is not reputable, because it is demonstrably false. You are stating what is at best an opinion, at worst an outright lie, as if it were a fact. Your insinuation is that Islam being Islamic is somehow the fault of western Europe. That is outrageous, besides being inaccurate. 174.126.168.126 (talk) 16:30, 28 October 2019 (UTC)
I don't particularly care what salafism is or how it arose. All that matters is that you are deleting reliably sourced content, with multiple citations, claiming that you disagree with them. That will not do on Misplaced Pages. Misplaced Pages is written based on what the reliable sources say, and not based on your or any other editor's beliefs and opinions. If you believe that the stated content is not true, you need to find other reliable sources that say so. Your own opinions count for little. -- Kautilya3 (talk) 18:10, 28 October 2019 (UTC)

Edit warring

Information icon Hello, and welcome to Misplaced Pages. You appear to be repeatedly reverting or undoing other editors' contributions at Salafi movement. Although this may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Misplaced Pages this is known as "edit warring" and is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, as it often creates animosity between editors. Instead of reverting, please discuss the situation with the editor(s) involved and try to reach a consensus on the talk page.

If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to lose their editing privileges. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Edit warring on Misplaced Pages is not acceptable in any amount, and violating the three-revert rule is very likely to result in loss of your editing privileges. Thank you. Attempting to correct a glaring error in an article, a highly biased, propagandist "opinion", presented as a fact that is really a lie, and being prevented from offering a more balanc3ed view of the issue by presenting mainstream opinions as what they are (opinions) is not edit warring. What you are doing is waging digital Jihad against western civilization on Misplaced Pages. You can do whatever you think the admins here will let you get away with, but one of two things is going to happen: 1. You are going to remove any claims that Salagist Jihad is somehow caused by "western European imperialism", or any insinuations to that effect, or 2. You are going to allow the other side of the argument to be spoken on this article, which is that a Western intervention after and prior to WW1 was necessary and appropriate to counter Islam's attempt conquer and enslave humanity and all of Europe, as it had already done in half a dozen European countries from the 13th to the 18th centuries. Pick one. You are not going to use this website as a platform to promote Jihad against Western civilization, which is exactly what you are doing.
