Vaginal Fisting
Vaginal fisting can be performed by both lesbian and heterosexual couples, and some women with very flexible bodies and wrists can do it to themselves.
Fisting is not as impossible as it first seems to some people. In the first place, it is simply an extension of genital manipulation and follows somewhat naturally from the woman enjoying having her partner masturbate her. An exercise recommended to couples who are preparing to give birth, perineal massage, often results in fisting.
It was exposed to wider public knowledge in a famous (but not explicit) scene in the Kevin Smith movie Chasing Amy.
Handballing
Handballing is a kind of anal sex that involves inserting a hand through an anus. It is mostly practiced by homosexual men. Anal manipulation by hand need not involve insertion of the entire hand.
Often, the hand is covered with a nitrile (not latex) glove, and is lubricated with a heavy vegetable grease, such as Crisco. Quite often, the bottom uses "poppers" as a muscle relaxant when the process is begin.
One of the results of anal fisting is massage of the prostate gland incidental to the hand insertion.
Most handballers are gay men (but most gay men are not handballers).
