Alexey Vladimirovich Ostrovsky (Russian: Алексей Владимирович Островский; born 14 January 1976) is a Russian politician who served as the governor of Smolensk Oblast from 2012 to 2023. He is a member of LDPR. He previously served as a deputy of the State Duma where he headed the State Duma's Committee on International Affairs, and on State Duma's Commission on Credentials and Deputies' Ethics. He holds degrees in law and economics.
