Ali Mahmoud (Arabic: علي محمود; died 9 December 2024) was a Syrian lieutenant general in the Syrian Army.

Mahmoud served as office manager for Maher al-Assad. On 9 December 2024 he was found shot dead in his office in Damascus. He is considered the highest-ranking Syrian officer to have been killed in the 2024 Syrian opposition offensives which led to the fall of the Assad regime.
