Camille Jean Verdelaire D. Dela Rosa (born 29 July 1982) is a painter who studied at the University of the Philippines, Diliman. Her works, commencing in 1998, include Impressionist gardens, landscapes, churches, beaches, and morbid surrealism.
Early life
Dela Rosa is the daughter of Ibarra Y. Dela Rosa, a painter, and Ethel Dimacuha, a humanities professor. She is self-taught, and had her first exhibition at the age of 16.
Exhibitions
Dela Rosa has exhibited throughout the Philippines, including the Philippines Art Expo in 2014, two exhibitions (one solo, one group) in Mandaluyong City in 2015, the City of San Juan in Metro Manila in 2023, and in the Diliman section of Quezon City in 2024.
According to an interview with Miroir magazine, as of 2017, Dela Rosa has had 18 solo exhibitions and a few group exhibitions.
