Duncan Saal (born (1996-10-24)24 October 1996) is a South African rugby union player for the Cheetahs in Super Rugby Unlocked and Free State Cheetahs in the Currie Cup. His regular position is wing.

Saal was named in the Cheetahs squad for the Super Rugby Unlocked competition. He made his debut for the Cheetahs in Round 4 of the 2020 Currie Cup Premier Division against the Pumas.
