Kiska-Yelga (Russian: Киска-Елга; Bashkir: Ҡыҫҡайылға, Qıśqayılğa) is a rural locality (a selo) in Urtakulsky Selsoviet, Buzdyaksky District, Bashkortostan, Russia. The population was 509 as of 2010. There are 8 streets.
