Lázaro Beltrán (born 27 February 1964) is a retired Cuban volleyball player. He competed in the men's tournament at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona. He also helped Cuba to silver medals at the 1983 and 1987 Pan American Games, and the gold medal at the 1991 Pan American Games. Additionally, he helped Cuba win the silver medal at the 1990 FIVB World Championship in Brazil.
