Manalang Doelag Kansil, or commonly known as M.D. Kansil was a king of the Kingdom of Siau who ruled from 1895 to 1909. He was the 17th king, replacing the previous king, Lemuel David.

Family

M.D. Kansil is a descendant of King Albertus Matingkolang Kansil. He had a great-grandfather named Jacob Ponto who was exiled by the Dutch to Sangkanhurip Village, Kuningan Regency, West Java.

Jordi Amat is the third generation of King M.D. Kansil.
