H. Nickolas Bell (born August 19, 1968) is an American former football running back who played for three seasons with the Los Angeles Raiders of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Iowa Hawkeyes and was selected by the Raiders in the second round of the 1991 NFL draft.

Coaching career

Bell moved to Cedar Rapids, Iowa and was an assistant coach for the Cedar Rapids Semi-Pro football team from 1998 to 1999.
