Tarsozeuzera livingstoni is a moth in the family Cossidae. It was described by Yakovlev in 2006. It is found in Cameroon, the Republic of Congo, Ivory Coast, Malawi and Tanzania.

Etymology
The species is named in honour of Dr. Livingston.
